Your body is a system of tubes. Physically, you are nothing more and nothing less than tubes. All 76 trillion cells are tubes. They are spherical unless pressed together, but they are tubes.

They let things in, they let things out; groceries in, garbage out. Cells are filled with tubes.

For example, organelles are tubes and so is DNA. When these cellular tubes gather together and make larger and longer tubes. The largest tube is the alimentary tubes starting at the mouth and running through the body to the back door.

Organs, like muscles and bones, are a plexi or gathering of tubes. Bones are hollow tubes within tubes creating hardened matrices of tubes, while the heart is a mass of tubes that connect over 250,000 miles of circulatory tubes.

These, along with the liver, kidneys, lungs, pancreas, nerves and brain, all are tubes.

What if 95 percent of all disease mysteries, close to 10,000 of them,
are really just blocked-clogged tubes?

Congestive (clogged) heart failure is clogged heart tubes. Si or no? Si! Asthma! Blocked lung tubes! Alzheimer's! Blocked brain tubes!

You might do well to ask, if you don't already know, what's blocking the tubes?

T-O=V which means Tubes - Obstruction = Vitality

So then what is the answer? The answer is plaque. Plaque is a substance that can coat the teeth; gather and clog the arteries, cover the brain and fill the lungs along with other destructiveness.

All 76 trillion cells of your body are tubes. The organelles inside the cells are tubes. DNA is tubes. Tubes that have problems are called disease. Tubes can be cut, smashed, burnt, become weak and balloon ... even burst.

Tubes though, mostly get clogged. Clogged tubes have 9,000 different names; cancer, congestive heart problems, memory loss, kidney dysfunction, diabetes, skin problems, etc. are simply the names of clogged tubes.

What clogs the Tubes? PLAQUE!!

The recommended dosage was 4 to 6 GRAMS of Lysine to be taken with 4 to 6 GRAMS of vitamin C.

As it was explained to him, one of these substances breaks the lipoprotein from the circulation system walls, the other substance dissolves the lipoproteins so the body can easily remove them.

Note, most vitamins and such are measured in milligrams and I was assured it was in GRAMS, not Milligrams. This is inline with Dr. Pauling's long standing recommendation for megadoses (high quantities) of vitamin C.

Both Lysine and Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) can be purchased at any natural food store and most pharmacies in the herb/vitamin section.

In my own studies of what causes aging, disease and death, over time, it made sense to me that the body was a giant filter..everything we eat and drink passes into our body and leaves detritus. This detritus clogs up the operation of a healthy, pure body, causes a reduction of energy and ionotophoretic forces and can produce inflammation and faulty DNA replications, resulting in cancers and other malfunctioning organs.

As the years passed, I came across this similar idea in the claims of Sanford Bennett, who developed a form of isotonic exercises that acted like a squeezed sponge to expel this accumulated detritus from the body and thus restore health.

Additionally, is the theory by Sanford Bennett;

Sanford Bennett - The Man Who Grew Young at 70 - In 1907 Sanford Bennett wrote a book called 'Exercising in Bed'. Bennett at the age of 50 had become an old man in poor health, suffering from a number of chronic complaints and many wrinkles. Despairing of relief from doctors and drugs he finally devised a series of some 35 different exercises to be done in bed before arising in the morning. After following them faithfully for years he had become, in all respects, a young man at 70. This was attested by medical examinations. His face had become smooth without a single wrinkle. His theory was that the body gets old through the accumulation of mineral deposits in the tissues, which finally become stiff and inelastic. The object of his exercises was to contract and then relax all the muscles and tissues to squeeze the mineral deposits out to be carried off in the blood stream. In 1912 he followed with another book called 'Old Age - Its Cause & Prevention'. If Bennett had not been killed by an accident when he was in his 80s he might have lived many more years.
