Aviso Tech High Voltage Repelling Force

Philippines inventor Ismael Aviso is a microwave engineer and industrial automation designer. Ismael has discovered a new highly efficient repelling force principle.

This new discovery has been developed into a self charging battery system for an electric car application. Yes, you did read that statement correctly, Ismael Aviso's electric car has recently been validated by the Philippine Department of Energy.

They ran three tests of each type. Using the conventional power supply coming from a wall outlet the efficiency of the DC motor was at 45%. More than half the energy is being wasted as back-EMF, resistance, and heat. Using the DC motor powered from Aviso's system - The DC motor operated at what would of needed to be 125% and 133% more energy from a conventional power source.

The device took the excess energy from another source other then the on board supplied input power. This is an open system. Its Co-efficiency of performance (COP) is over 1.

There were two energy inputs meaning that more energy was produced by a secondary input than was consumed by the on board power supply. This validates the claim of "self-running" as possible due to the excess energy being harvested from the environment.

How it works

The following description is taken from Ismaels' Inventions page;

A horse pulls a cart due to the repelling (pushing) force created between the feet of the horse and the ground. That is why they call it a Horsepower. The same thing happens inside the car engine. Repelling force created between the piston and the cylinder head. The energy repelling force comes from the gasoline explosion followed by near instantenous combustion inside the cylinder chamber. Repelling force makes the piston push downward to turn the crankshaft which rotates the wheels to move the car.

Repelling force as well is used in all industrial machinery by means of DC or AC Motors. They call it electromagnetic repelling force. The electromagnetic principle is when the same magnet polarity (North pushing against North or South against South) facing each other will produce repulsion whereas North facing South will produce attraction. This is the principle applied inside the motor. That is why the motor is rotating by means of repelling and attracting between the Stator and the rotor of the motor.

What actually we need is just a REPELLING ENERGY FORCE. No repelling force, no development of humankind.

To create a repelling energy force is not free and becoming ever more expensive. Whether in a motor using electricity or a car using a combustive material such as gasoline, propane, hydrogen, etc..

People all over the world are very concerned for what will happen if no alternative repelling force will be found in the near future. The repelling energy force from fossil fuels like, gasoline and diesel fuel becoming ever more expensive in the world market and still going higher in price.

Many car manufacturer in the world are investing (more than 100 billion US DOLLARs) to research and find new sources for an alternative repelling force. Unfortunately nothing in the near future looks promising as an alternate to fossil fuel energy.

Now there is a chance to create a repelling energy force to simulate/duplicate the power of combustive fuels such as gasoline in a very cheap process. FYMEGM ENERGY successfully duplicated the repelling energy force of gasoline, using a small motorcycle battery.

Development of First Fuelless Engine may Spur Change in History by 1984

A six-volt car battery rested on a table. Lead wires ran from the battery to a series of capacitors which are the key to Gray's discovery. The complete system was wired to two electro-magnets, each weighing a pound and a quarter.

"Now, if you tried to charge those two magnets with juice from that battery and make them do what I'm going to make them do, you would drain the battery in 30 minutes and the magnets would get extremely hot," Gray explained.

As Lens activated the battery, a voltmeter gradually rose to 3,000 volts. At that point, Gray closed a switch and there was a loud popping sound. The top magnet hurled into the air with tremendous force and was caught by Hackenberger. A terrific jolt of electricity had propelled the top magnet more than two feet into the air - but the magnet remained cold.

"The amazing thing," Hackenberger said, "Is that only 1 per cent of the energy was used - 99 per cent went back into the battery."

Gray explained, "The battery can last for a long time, because most of the energy returns to it. The secret to this is in the capacitors and in being able to 'split the positive.'"

Keelynet Sadly, there are hoaxes, frauds, fakes and errors out in the real world so one has to be very careful about what they say but more importantly, what and how they do it. One intentional scam which bilked millions out of investors was Carl Tilley who seemed so honest and straightforward as you can see in these intial glowing reports of his Tilley Power System which claimed not only a self-running home power generator, but a Delorean modified with a self-recharging engine, plus an ATV and other transportation devices, with one claim of a future electric airplane.

Who wouldn't get excited about such claims if they were true and could be proven? The problem with Tilley, from day one, was he refused to allow anyone or any legitimate testing agency to touch, let alone test his self-running mystery box. That alone dogged him until finally he was brought to court and had to allow qualified engineers test his machine. It turned out to be a total fraud which was used to bilk so many out of so much money.

Now having met Carl Tilley and some of his associates, many in our group were taken in though we kept telling him he would never go anywhere with it unless it was tested independently and that others could replicate his results. Sign a non-disclosure and let them build it, test it and stand up for its authenticity. Alas, he always refused and his bubble finally burst with this infamous court case where he lost to the tune of $26 Million bucks. You might want to read the incredibe actual court filing.

Supposedly, the self-contained device would allow electric automobiles to travel hundreds or thousands of miles without external recharging. The device could also be used to propel golf carts, four wheel all-terrain vehicles, and bicycles, using the same technology. A variation of the device would supposedly supply all of the electrical needs of a home without the use of wind or solar power.

The device was never patented. Carl Tilley repeatedly explained to his investors that patents were extremely expensive to defend and instead the device was protected as a "trade secret." This, according to Tilley, was a less costly way of protecting the invention because money would not have to be expended in obtaining a patent and in defending the patent against anticipated litigation. Additionally, investors were told that by having the device protected as a "trade secret," there would be less chance that it would be stolen or copied and used by others.

Tilley used the prospects of such a deal not only to lure new investors,*fn4 but also to quiet any qualms investors may have had. He talked of the invention making them rich. Tilley also lulled investors into complacency by running assorted tests which suggested, at least to some extent, that the device actually worked. In this regard, Tilley outfitted a DeLorean automobile with the device and tested it at the Nashville Speedway. The vehicle only ran for a very short period before stopping, ostensibly because of a faulty rear wheel bearing. Tilley also told some investors the device was being tested on a 4,000 square foot home and was powering the home's electricity. This statement was not true.

All of the tests which were performed on the device were done under Carl Tilley's direction and utilizing his parameters. He controlled the tests and no outside tests were ever allowed. Carl Tilley refused outside testing even though shareholders repeatedly requested independent verification which would show whether the device actually worked, and even though several of the potential buyers indicated they would only be interested in purchasing the device if an independent test showed the device would work as promised. From both the investors' and potential buyers' perspectives, the key to the success of the device would be its ability to regenerate batteries for some length of time. However, nobody was ever allowed by Tilley to conduct longevity tests.

Now I'm telling you all this because I want you to see a KEY DIFFERENCE between Tilleys claim of a self-recharging device versus the claims of Ismael Aviso. Mr. Aviso has been actively seeking OUTSIDE, independent testing to verify his work and invites others to test it for themselves. There can only be two outcomes from such an honest approach...others test it and find it doesn't work as claimed OR it DOES WORK and Mr. Aviso should reap the rewards of his work.

There is one thing Tilley told us about which I thought was simply brilliant. He SAID in the sales contract his company would make with any buyer(s), there was to be included a clause requring the buyer to actually have the technology on the market within a reasonable time (2-4 years) ELSE the technology would revert back to the seller who would retain any monies paid.

KeelynetThink about that...how many times have we heard of miraculous inventions which seem to disappear?

Some never worked but those which did were suppressed on threat of death OR bought out with the requirement of total silence by the inventor.

Locked up in some Ark of the Covenant/Roswell/Area51 type secret government warehouse or in the secret files of a big corporation who could not survive if this very beneficial technology were to ever be available to the world at large.

When I was in my early teens, I used to read the tabloids, looking for unusual things related to science or weird science. Somewhere around 1965 or so, there was an article about a fellow in Lubbock, Texas, who had invented a car with a tuning fork as the motive force. There was a photo of an 18 or 24 inch long car, taken from the bottom and showing a huge tuning fork driven by a tiny battery.

Attached to both the tines of the fork were linkages which converted the back and forth motions to a rotary force which turned the rear wheels. It ran off a 9 volt transistor battery and required very little energy to drive the fork which produced tremendously strong back and forth mechanical motion. It was incredible!

Being a kid at the time, I had no resources and was just beginning to learn the trade for tracking down such stories. But this story stayed on my mind because I was just learning about John Keelys acoustic research. A few months after the article with the photograph, I picked up the newest edition and there was a small update on this Lubbock inventor.

In this update, the inventor reported he had been offered $3 million by some big car company to buy his technology but with the requirement that he could no longer work on it, talk about or otherwise pass along any information regarding it. He took the money, kept his mouth shut and retired early to an easy life. So that tuning fork motor was lost except in my mind (and probably others who might have seen it). I remember cutting out the article and the photo of the car with the tuning fork but it might have gotten lost in my move to Mexico.

The point of that little tuning fork motor anecdote was to show how easily some people will sell out for ready cash, a technology which could do wonders when applied in the real world, so it behooves us to help out those who actually have the drive, ambition and tech skill to research such innovative ideas as Mr. Aviso is doing with his EV Gray replications.

Mr. Aviso has very modest funding from a handful (to date) of people interested in supporting his work and he has suffered by using his own money to carry on the research. Don't take this as a sob story begging for handouts...the goal here is to develop a 'new' technology which could revolutionize energy generation as we know it.

There are many tests and much work yet to be done before any of this becomes available but he has been prolific and dedicated to the project. Not only has he built the electric car but he tells me he is also working on a home power generator. Wouldn't that be amazing? A self-running generator that could provide 2-5kw (or more) of energy to run your house.

If you are reading this, you aren't the normal stick in the mud type of person who is satisfied with a basic, simple life. I'll illustrate with some choice quotes;

"This is the true joy in life: To being used for a purpose recognized by yourself as a mighty one. To being a force of nature instead of a feverish selfish little clod of ailments and grievances complaining that the world will not devote itself to making you happy..."

Brilliant people talk about ideas, average people talk about things, small people talk about each other.
